At Maison Berger Paris, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our home fragrance collections. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team or log into your account portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all fragile glass lamps and fragrance refills are properly cushioned for transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label and attach it to the outside of the parcel, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
