How do I properly use a Lampe Berger?
To use your Lampe Berger, fill the lamp 2/3 full with your chosen fragrance, insert the burner, and let the wick soak for 20 minutes. Light the burner, wait 2 minutes, then blow out the flame. Place the protective top on and let the lamp purify and fragrance your home for 20-30 minutes.
What is the difference between Scented Bouquets and Candles?
Scented Bouquets (reed diffusers) provide continuous, cold diffusion through capillary action, lasting several weeks. Candles offer a warm, atmospheric glow and intense fragrance release through heat. Both utilize our high-quality French perfumes.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to most countries within Europe and North America. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that fragrance refills may have shipping restrictions due to alcohol content.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unused and unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrance refills that have been opened or used.
Are your fragrances safe for pets?
Our fragrances are developed according to strict quality standards. However, because animals have a more sensitive sense of smell, we recommend using our products in well-ventilated rooms and ensuring your pets have the option to leave the room during diffusion.
Can I use other brands of oil in my Lampe Berger?
To ensure the longevity of your catalytic burner and the quality of the air purification, we strongly recommend using only Maison Berger Paris fragrances. Other oils may damage the burner and void your warranty.
